About Love Fit Studio
Love Fit Studio is a space dedicated to the unfoldment and embodiment of self love through yogic practices that strengthen, calm and transform the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Principle exercises and relaxation activities include yogic movement, breath work, mindfulness and meditation.
Sessions are currently held online where your instructor, Kimberly, will guide you through movements and techniques through instruction and visual demonstration. All levels are welcome as modifications are provided to allow positions and poses to become accesible to all body types.
We are all different. We have different body anatomical structures, builds, levels of strength, experiential histories, accessibilities and limitations. Our differences are beautiful. The main intention of Love Fit Studio is for community members to cultivate a deep enough relationship with themselves to hear their body’s messages, read their body’s signals and adjust according to their needs from moment to moment.
Growth and transformation is a process. This studio was created to provide a loving space to feel warmth and encouragement as we change, expand and unfold.
